• Our system does not let a person reapply within 30 days.
• Our system scrubs out the Mickey Mouse/Donald Duck apps. It also kicks out applications with malformed addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
• Your leads can be sent in printable or up loadable formats.

It could be that you have been "Beaten Up, & Robbed" by some fly by night lead vendor and you don't believe we are one of the "Good Guys" in the industry.

• We barely advertise our lead services.  Why?  Because we don't have to drag in new clients every month because we ripped off the last batch.   
• Most of our new clients come from referrals.
• We intentionally use PayPal to clear our credit card transactions.  If  we were a "Churn & Burn" operation they would jerk us off their system so fast it would make your head spin.  FYI we have only had 1 chargeback for $440.

So, if you're still undecided, I don't understand why you wouldn't try my system to help you grow your business.

It might be because you are already making a whole lot more money than you want or you may be buried up to your ears in fresh, quality prospects and customers.  If that's the case then I understand completely and commend you on your success. 

The only other reason I can think of is that you are broke and don't have the ability to invest your pipeline or invest in your business.  which would mean one of two things.

If you went broke originating loans in the biggest Refi boom the country has ever seen, you are not one of my potential business partners.  I wish you the best of luck finding a salaried position somewhere.

Oops I did miss one other possibility. 

You are brand new to mortgage origination and brand new to internet generated leads.  You are not ready for my leads if you do not have any mortgage knowledge or sales ability. 

You will need to gain some training and experience before I can add you to our network of service providers.

If you have a production manager or mentor working very closely with you we may make an exception but you are at the very front of the learning curve and your results may be very poor.

I personally hear any complaints from the applicants about poor service, and I don't have the time to spend that way.
